Terms & Conditions
Artwork Vectorization Service is a professional vector artwork conversion service provider. We turn raster-based images into vector files. When you use our website and order our service, you agree to the terms written below. Those terms make sure we both know our professional boundaries.
What We offer
You send us images in any supported format. We trace it, redraw it, and give you back a vector file. That means your logo, drawing, or design becomes vector artwork. You get them ready for printing without getting blurry.
We work with:
- Low-resolution logos
- Hand-drawn sketches on paper
- Old artwork
- Damaged Logos
We don’t claim to be the original artist of your design. We convert them to a vector.
Your Responsibilities
You promise that:
- You own the artwork you send us.
- You have permission from the owner.
- Your artwork doesn’t contain anything illegal.
Please don’t send us:
- Someone else’s copyrighted work without their permission.
- Anything you don’t have the right to reproduce.
How ordering works
You upload your image through the order form or send it via email.
Our team will look at it. Then, we’ll let you know if it’s acceptable. You pay for the service upfront unless we agree in the conversation.
After your confirmation, we start working on your vector file.
Delivery time
We usually take 1 to 3 business days for normal images. If you need it faster, just ask for urgent delivery. It costs a little extra.
Revisions
We want you to be happy with the result. You get up to 2 free revisions per order. A revision means small changes, such as fixing a shape and smoothing a curve.
If you keep changing your mind about the whole design, that will count as a new order. Each extra new change costs a small fee.
Refunds
We don’t offer automatic refunds. We put real time and skill into every file.
- If we haven’t started your order yet, you can cancel and get your money back.
- If we’ve already started working, we will keep revising until you’re satisfied.
- If you change your mind after we’ve delivered the files, we can’t offer a refund.
Our goal isn’t to keep unhappy customers. Talk to us. We’ll provide you with a better solution.
Your Rights
After deriving the vector files for you, you own the final vector artwork. You can use it however you want. We don’t keep any exclusive rights. We never sell your design to someone else.
Sometimes, we may show the before/after image in our portfolio. If you don’t agree, you can inform us.
Exceptional Issues
We are not responsible if the original image you sent was too damaged, blurry, or low-quality to turn into a perfect vector.
We will inform you before starting if we see such problems. We won’t be responsible for the use of the vector file for something illegal.
Order Cancellations
This is very rare. If we can’t complete your order because the image is impossible to vectorize or something unexpected comes up, we’ll give you a full refund.
Changes to these terms
With the changing terms in digital business, we may update this page. If we make a big change, we’ll put a note on this page. By continuing to use our service after the change, you’re okay with the new terms.
