Before browsing our website and getting artwork vectorization services, you need to know how we maintain your privacy. In this page, we have clearly mentioned what we do with your personal info and your precious artwork. If you have any confusion at any stage, feel free to contact our support team.
What information do we collect?
When you order artwork vectorization from us, we may collect:
– Your name, so we know who we are working with
– Your email address, so we can send you your vector files and reply to your questions.
– The images you upload, your original sketch, logo, and artwork. This is the main base of our service.
– You’re billing info if you pay directly through our website. We don’t store credit card numbers. Our payment proceeded securely.
We do not collect:
- Your home address, unless you give it for an invoice.
- Your phone number, unless you mention it for a quick question.
- Your browsing history
How do we use your info?
- To turn your uploaded image into a vector file.
- To email you the finished files and any updates about your order.
- To reply to your messages if you contact us.
- To improve our service.
We will never:
- Sell your email address to marketers.
- Share your original artwork with anyone except you.
- Use your private images in our portfolio without asking first.
Your artwork and privacy
We keep your original and my vector version on our computer only until your order is complete.
After that, we delete your original image unless you tell us to keep it for possible future revisions.
The only time we keep your artwork longer is if you give us permission to show it as a “before and after” example on our website.
If you want us to delete everything immediately after delivery, just mention it in an email. We’ll do it within 24 hours.
Do we use cookies?
Our website uses tiny cookies. It helps the site remember your preferences.
We don’t use cookies to track you around the internet. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Payment security
We never store your credit card and bank details. When you make the payment, you’re using a trusted third party like PayPal, Payoneer, and local Bank.
They have their own strict privacy rules. We only get confirmation about the payment.
Follow-up mails
After you order, you’ll hear from us about:
- Order confirmation
- Delivery of your vector files.
- One follow‑up to ask if you’re happy.
We will not spam you with weekly newsletters or “special offers” unless you explicitly sign up for that separately.
Do we share your data?
We never share your data. Payment processor may see your payment info but not your uploaded images.
If the law forces us, if a court with a valid order asks for your information, we have to comply. But that’s never happened. Your data stays safe with us.
How long do we keep your data?
Order records – We keep a note for bookkeeping. No images attached.
Your original image – deleted within 60 days after delivery, unless you ask for sooner.
Final vector file – We might keep a copy for 60 days in case you lose yours and need to resend. After that, it’s gone unless we’re working on something new together.
If you want me to delete everything immediately, you can ask anytime
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask us what data I have about you.
- Ask us to correct any wrong info.
- Ask us to delete everything – including your emails and images.
- Opt out of any future testimonials.
Children’s privacy
Our service is not for kids under 14. We don’t knowingly collect info from children. If a parent tells us their child sent an image without permission, we’ll delete it immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how I handle privacy, we’ll update this page. Also, we will change the “last updated” date at the top. If you’re worried about anything here, please contact us anytime. This privacy policy is our best attempt to be transparent.
